This session will dig into these questions and more to help you enhance digital communication and engagement with health content that matters.

Destination: Health Fluency

​​​​Imagine traveling in a country where you don’t speak the language, where you struggle to understand the most basic signage. A handful of vocabulary words and the rudiments of grammar help you get by, but imagine how much better your experience would be if you were truly fluent.
In this session, you’ll learn what health fluency means, how human-centered content strategy and creation help people move from literacy to fluency, and why making that shift matters to your organization and the people you serve.
